If I have a choice, I would only use a DSLR camera all the time, but in the real world that is just not possible. One of the biggest advantage of using a DSLR is the picture quality, but the downside is that DSLR cost a lot, bulky and not very portable. I’m not a photographer by any means, but I think most photographers have a companion point and shoot camera for those situations where you don’t want to carry a big camera. I started looking around and reading some camera reviews. I narrow it down to a few cameras using this great site Snapsort. I got the Canon S95 which is probably one of the best aside from the newer model S100 (I don’t wanna pay that much)! It doesn’t have the best picture quality compare to a DSLR, but its awesome. I like it a lot, so I guess that’s all that matters!
